Partnering with Silversea

I am so excited to announce that for 2019 I have formed a partnership with Silversea!
Silversea is such a fabulous cruise travel partner. They offer both classic ocean cruising and expedition cruising to over 900 destinations on all 7 continents.
They offer wonderful options for cruising clients, and their largest ship has 608 guests. Every classic and expedition cruise also comes with butler service for every suite and every ship. So, whether you live well at home already and want that service when you travel, or you want to live better than home when you travel, Silversea has you covered! And I will have you covered! I am thrilled that I'll have intimate access to my
partners at Silversea - both to their brains and their tremendous offers - for this year.
Of course, I'll still be working with all of my regular travel partners - both luxury and moderately-based priced (see info below on an offer with Intrepid for Europe, as well as their new Women Expeditions, which is really cool) but this 2019 partnership I'm undertaking is a special opportunity for me to improve offerings for my clients who like luxury all-inclusive cruising.
Virtuoso Voyages (a specialized branch of Virtuoso that focuses on cruises) invited me to form this partnership, as they thought both my clients and I would benefit from learning more about Silversea.
Based on my Virtuoso Voyages Community participation, I was identified as a highly motivated travel advisor who differentiates herself from the competition. I was very pleased to have been invited to join the new Virtuoso Elevate Program. Elevate was designed to partner select teams of elite travel advisors (like me) with a select number of preferred cruise lines. And while I love, and will continue to promote (and book you on), all my
Virtuoso Voyage partners (like Regent, Crystal, Seabourn, Tauck, Uniworld, AMA, etc.); I also welcomed the opportunity to concentrate my efforts this year on Silversea. So, I am thrilled to partner with them.

Intrepid offers great moderately priced trips and are solo friendly (50% of travelers are solo)- but they are also great for couples, moms and daughters, etc.
And now this week, they have a great Europe sale!

Intrepid's Women Only Expeditions

In honour of international women's day this week, Intrepid Travel has announced Women Only Expeditions.
In anticipation of International Women's Day on March 8th, Intrepid is expanding our widely popular 'Women's Only Expeditions.'
The expanded range of women-only tours, led by female guides, provide a unique insight into the lives of women in Kenya, India, Nepal, and Turkey. The new trips build on the success of Intrepid’s original women’s expeditions in the Middle East, launched on International Women’s Day 2018. The series of trips has proven one of the most popular in Intrepid’s 30-year history, growing from just four departures to 36 in the space of a few months.

News You Can Use - European Visas in 2021

Do you know that Schengen area countries in Europe are. Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
And Canadians intent on travelling to the European Union for business or leisure will need to apply for an ETIAS visa starting in 2021.
The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) has received support from all the EU member countries. Authorities hope to curb illegal immigration and to safeguard better against the threat of terrorist attacks. Once implemented, Canadian nationals traveling to Europe from Canada will need a visa.
VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR CANADIAN CITIZENS
There are several visa requirements for Canadian citizens travelling to Europe. Canadian nationals will need a valid passport, email address, and valid credit card or debit card. Unless they provide these documents, any potential travellers to the European Union will not be able to apply for an ETIAS visa.
