This week, I'll be welcoming Karl Kannstadter from Silversea Cruises. We're fortunate to have Karl, who is the Director Expedition Sales East USA & Canada.
I've asked Karl to give an overview of the Silversea brand – with its combination of classic and expedition cruises (and what is the difference – what’s included in one vs other), and then focus on expedition cruises (which is his area of expertise). We'll share some highlights of great expeditions you could take with Silversea, and share who is the typical client, and why you should do an expedition cruise, etc. We'll then highlight a couple of cruises to give a sample of
destinations that Silversea does really well – perhaps Galapagos and Antarctica. But perhaps also have an overview of some more unusual destinations – perhaps Chile and Portugal/Spain/Morocco that you might not think of for expedition cruises.
