I've been away from my newsletter for a couple of weeks because my mom passed away suddenly, and I travelled to Newfoundland for her wake, funeral, and helping with the estate.
I wanted to get back in the groove a little today with an abbreviated newsletter. And I'll repeat a couple of sections from the last newsletter. I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Father's Day, Summer Solstice, and Juneteenth - and to cheer the start of summer vacation season.
Fortunately, so many of my clients are now travelling again. The world is re-opening. And travel is back. Take more photographs, and make new memories!

My mom passed away two weeks ago.
Like my dad 16 years prior, she passed suddenly.
Leaving us all to mourn and cherish photographs and memories.
Thankfully, both my mom and dad got to travel.
This is a picture of them with their lifelong friends, Rich and Leah.
As my parents are reminding me from above, travel memories linger for years.
And photographs take us back to a special moment in time and place.
A special luau with good friends.
Hawaii is always a good idea.
