It's Christmas Eve! I hope
you're surrounded by family, love, and laughter. As well as great food and wine.
While it's a joyous time for so many, it's also a difficult time for those who might be grieving, or coping with a life transition. Maybe you might have memories you're cherishing this season.
No matter what you're celebrating, or experiencing, my Christmas wish for you is to take a moment to treat yourself.
I hope you take a moment in all this busyness of the festive season to read a good book, have a bubble bath, turn off the phone, lock the door,
watch a great movie, play a game of solitaire, go for a long walk to see the lights, listen to some uplifting music, see a concert, light a scented candle, cuddle with a pet, or just do whatever it is that fuels your spirit. Just take a moment to treat yourself.
This is especially true for all the moms out there. We're often so busy
taking care of everyone else, we don't have an ounce of energy left to do something for ourselves. But that makes it all the more important to carve out some time for you! Challenge yourself - find even 20 minutes for you.
